Katy Perry won her first official Moonman at last night’s VMAs and looked like a vision of lavender while doing so. Obviously not a natural hue, Katy managed to pull off her purple do with a beautifully tanned complexion, thanks to St. Tropez.
Celebrity make-up artist Jake Bailey knows Katy’s usually fair skin needed a boost with her new hair colour, so he used St. Tropez Gold Skin Illuminator on her body to create a golden glow. Then, using Bronzing Rocks, he created a sun kissed look on her face for a subtle yet gorgeous tan.
“Katy just returned from a small vacation so she had a bit of colour, and I wanted to make the most of it. Once her make-up was complete, I applied the St. Tropez Bronzing Rocks all over her face very lightly with a large powder brush,” says Bailey.
