He has been involved in the health and beauty industry for most of his life – from setting up Spa’s to marketing and distribution; and now provides innovative software and business training to the industry. Vaughan’s job is to provide you with the tools and training that your increase revenue, get your diary full and simplify your life as a Salon Owner.

In this talk he will outline common marketing mistakes, show you how to prevent yourself from becoming a marketing victim, who is your customer and why does she buy from you and understanding what you really sell.
