And Business Intelligence can be defined as the ability to understand business experiences and profit from them.
Therefore Spa Intelligence is the ability to understand spa business experiences and profit from them.
The Spa Intelligence Workshop will take a look at how you go about understanding spa business experiences so that spa owners and management can profit from them.
