Les Nouvelles Esthetiques South Africa, introduced the inaugural Les Nouvelles Esthetiques Spa Recognition Awards in 2006 to recognise these phenomenal individuals and each year we look forward to acknowledging their achievements.” said Dr Nadine de Freitas (Managing Editor – Les Nouvelles Esthetiques SA).
The Spa Recognition Awards, reflects the Spa Industry’s opinion and acknowledge these people in their individual categories:
The Spa Ambassador Award,
The Humanitarian Award
The Spa Visionary Award
and a NEW category – The Spa Management Excellence Award
We therefore encourage the spa industry to forward the names of individuals you feel have achieved great heights in 2013/ 2014.
The Spa Ambassador Award: This award symbolises a person who represents the Spa Industry, in a thank less capacity. The award goes to a person who has made the Spa Industry proud and whose presence in the industry is noted within South Africa and Internationally.
The Spa Humanitarian Award: Awarded to a person who by definition is actively concerned in promoting human welfare and/ or social reform within the spa industry.
The Spa Visionary Award: Awarded to a pioneer within the Spa Industry. A industry leader who has made truly outstanding contributions to the development of the Spa Industry over the past year and whose ideas have lead to a change or noted improvement in the spa industry.
The Spa Management Excellence Awards: The role of the spa manager is one of the most challenging in this industry. This award acknowledges the dynamic spa manager who best keeps the balance between a motivated team, good working environment, superb guest experience, profitability, and efficient spa operations.
Candidates for these four categories are through nomination. Nominations close on Wednesday 16 July 2014.
Industry voting will take place thereafter.
