Alice Lightfoot, spa manager at Champneys, and Heather Whitt, professional astrologer at The Alchemy Co., have revealed their picks for the perfect spa treatments based on each star sign. Lightfoot and Whitt paired these treatments based on the characteristics and element that each sign possesses.
Aries
The best treatment for anyone with the Aries (March 21 – April 19) star sign is a sports massage. “Aries is a very energetic sign and the best way for them to release tension is to do something active. What’s more, being ruled by Mars, the planet of war, they’re the bravest of the signs and not afraid to feel the burn,” explains Whitt. A deep tissue sports massage helps relieve aches and pains for any Aries.
Taurus
Taurus (April 20 – May 20) is a lover of serene environments and soothing aromas, so a facial perfectly fits their spa needs. As an earth sign, they are in tune with their senses and love surrounding themselves with luxurious scents and textures.
