Mont Rochelle Hotel and Mountain Vineyards has appointed accomplished Spa and Beauty Therapist Suretha Bester as Spa Operator, marking a new era of wellness at this world-class hotel in the Franschhoek Valley, with an enhanced spa offering that is now also available to day visitors.
Within its glorious setting, the Mont Rochelle Spa is conveniently positioned among the hotel’s luxurious accommodation, and includes two serene treatment rooms: one with an adjacent Jacuzzi where couples may enjoy a dual massage or body care treatment, as well as a Sauna. The appointment of Suretha Bester (30), who brings almost a decade of local and international experience to Mont Rochelle, along with an unbridled passion and love of the trade, is set to take the wellness offering here to new heights. Bester, who was born and raised in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, holds a National Diploma in Somatology (the study of the human body), and is a CIDESCO accredited therapist – the world’s most prestigious qualification in the field of Aesthetics and Beauty. She has worked at renowned local wellness establishments such as the prestigious Camelot Spa at the Table Bay Hotel at the V&A Waterfront, and top international Spas and Therapy Centres, among which the Beauty Co, in Fulham, England and the Kilkee Thalassotherapy Centre in Kilkee Co, Ireland.
Bester has introduced a full service Spa Menu at Mont Rochelle, exclusively featuring the superb Healing Earth Pinotage treatment range – a wine therapy range which perfectly complements the ethos of this award-winning vineyard.
